Intern - Project Management

WealthOS is a cloud-native wealth management technology company building modern, API-first infrastructure for digital investments, pensions, and savings products. As a recently acquired, fast-growing scale-up, we are an experienced, close-knit team working across the UK and Sri Lanka, always ready to support and learn from each other.

Key responsibilites

  • Delivery Organisation Support - assist in coordinating delivery organisation ceremonies such as capacity planning, backlog grooming, milestone reviews, and dependency tracking. Follow up on action items raised in delivery meetings and create Slack threads to track progress. Support preparation of SteerCo slides, milestone updates, and project status reports.
  • Task and Resource Coordination - assist in creating and updating resource planning documents and reports. Coordinate with team members to gather updates for milestone tracking and client facing reports.
  • Tool Development and Management - Support the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of PMO tools and dashboards for data analysis, reporting, and project tracking to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Program Coordination and Stakeholder Management - Assist in program and project management by supporting client communications, effort estimation, milestone tracking, and RAG reporting, while coordinating with internal stakeholders and preparing delivery updates, presentations, and professional documentation.
  • Learning and Development – Develop an understanding of wealth management concepts, core platform features, and personal financial well-being, alongside Agile methodologies and practices, to contribute effectively to project delivery and discussions.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
  • You have an interest in financial technology, wealth management, or project management.
