Maternity and Partner Leave

It takes a village to raise a child” and we are taking concrete steps to create a culture that supports diversity. WealthOS employees are entitled to 16 weeks of maternity leave and 14 weeks of partner leave – this policy covers birth, adoption and fostering.

Period Leave

The pain is real and we don’t shy away from the gory details. Our last women’s day had a company wide PSA on menstruation, PMS and the benefits of dispensing chocolate. For anyone who needs it we have provided two days of period leave a month.
