Say Hello in Sinhala/Tamil and Russian

Our SEs Niroshan Jeyakumar, Dhanushka Gimhan and our QA Lead Svetlana Bobrova ran a “mind your language” style brown bag session – teaching us a little Russian, Sinhala and Tamil! So putting our learnings to good use – நன்றி/ස්තූතියි/cпасибо to them for a சிறப்பு/හොද/хорошо time!

Health is Wealth - Ergonomics and Posture

This week personal trainer, Shiron Dev gave us a session on ergonomic workstation set up, the basics of good posture, and recovery exercises to help us with all the industry-standard neck/shoulder/back/hip complaints.

Valentines Day

We found a neat ice breaker exercise with an anonymised excel sheet where we each had to write out things we love and liked about team members in this timed exercise. You’re busily complimenting people only to find your own row filling up with lots of love. Bonus – we went way over time. Lots of warm fuzzies this day.
